John Gaulin
Senior Associate
John is President and Founder of Success Force, Inc. in Lancaster, NY. He has worked as VP/Director of Quality, and VP/Director of Global Training for Citibank (now CitiGroup) for 11 years, and served as VP of Performance Quality for M&T Bank.
John is an experienced facilitator, trainer, and project leader who has lead major initiatives in organizations across the US and Europe. These initiatives were directed at global, cross-business projects, impacting multi-million dollar processes. He draws on his extensive background in creativity, quality, leadership, and project management to ensure organizations change in ways that directly impact bottom-line fiscal performance.
John earned an MSc in Creativity and Innovation from the State University of NY College at Buffalo. John is qualified to use a variety of psychological instruments including the VIEW and SOQ.
