Erik Isaksen
Database Manager
Erik is the Manager of Database Operations at CPSB. He is responsible for making and maintaining databases for all aspects of the business. This includes cleaning, streamlining and providing quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to be used in current and future work, as well as, writing projects. Erik has participated in many past client ventures including GE, IMP and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Erik has worked on other projects as well, such as: Assessing your Context for Change A Technical Manual for the Situational Outlook Questionnaire
Erik has an Associate of Science Degree, from Erie Community College, a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication, from the University at Buffalo and is currently working towards a Masters of Science Degree in Communication Leadership, from Canisius College. Erik is also qualified as a CPS v.6.1™ facilitator and experience with both the Situational Outlook Questionnaire® and VIEW: An Assessment of Problem Solving Style.
