International Masters Publishers is a global direct marketing company that was looking to increase its employee’s ability to solve problems while working across different cultures and functions.  We designed and delivered a program that provided a common language for problem solving that resulted in faster and more effective new product development, and the development of marketing strategies.  It also resulted in an internal cadre of people with advanced skills and experiences in the use of the language.
