Citigroup requested assistance integrating multiple change methods and initiatives. CPSB worked with Citigroup over a period of a few years on different projects. These included setting values, vision, and mission for some departments and initiating a quality integration process internationally. As a result of the work with CPSB, project work focused on creating highly novel and customer-centric processes and products, which added significant revenue and profit to the business. Inter-departmental coordination and communication improved and project life cycles were shortened. Finally, project implementation processes were modified to reduce installation time.
