Sperian wanted help leading and managing strategic change within their organization. Sperian management selected a cadre of people to train as “change leaders” that could be utilized throughout the organization. CPSB trained these individuals in Creative Problem Solving v6.1™, VIEW: An Assessment of Problem Solving Style, and the Situational Outlook Questionnaire®. These individuals were given the title “Cultural Ambassadors” and have been tasked with leading change initiatives throughout the organization.
